#1 Do the same test as mention earlier before, (track should not lift more then 1/16 inch off of drive gear)
#2 Loosen the bolt sandwiching the two plates on the frame.
#3 Loosen lock nut and turn in long bolt until tension is OK, Usually very few turns needed.
#4 re-tighten lock nut and the bolt that goes through the slider.
#5 Commanders do not need much adjusting after first trip.
Tatou tips,
#1 Very easy to adjust , loosen lock nut adjust, re-tighten lock nut
#2 Tatou standard, utv and heavy worker are for mostly snow only, if you have to drive long distances on dry dirt or pavement pay close attention to the metal clips on the tracks. When they get too warm to touch you are going to melt the drive gear. Stop and let the clips cool off by running into wet grass or puddles and when cooled off to touch continue driving at a moderate speed. Once you get to snow ride hard. If the track is to loose it will cause more friction on the hi fax and get warmer faster if not in wet areas or snow.
